I bought this as a reception dress to my much longer and heaver ceremony gown, but I actually just looked like a pageant queen. Something about the cut and the fit screamed "WORLD PEACE" and I knew it wouldn't work for me. That's not a dress' fault though, the only fault it had was being a bit too scratchy under the armpits where 20min of wear would have left me raw. So if you're going to prom, a debutant ball, or maybe the Miss Universe qualifiers, this dress is for you
