Good costume hat. Sequins will pop off with use.I wanted this to wear when I do my broadway numbers karaoke. It was a hit. cost many $$$ less than any I could find, postage included.I purchased this sequined “top hat” for Christmas. It has no sequins and black dots where the sequins should be. It’s also technically a half hat. Very disappointed!!Great hat for the price. Purchased for a costume.Too big, could not use it.These were perfect for my high schoolers New Years music performance!
